The best way for a smoker to quit, is to wake up one day and simply not feel like smoking anymore.

Lung Detox is an ebook which claims to help smokers wake up one day and not feel like smoking, but does it work? In our opinion- NO.

The Lung Detox ebook claims to offer a method to quit smoking which will detox the lungs, and this will get the nicotine out of your system and therefore you will not crave it anymore.

Let us start by telling you what the product is all about.

Lung Detox can be easily read in 10 minutes. The salespage is also rather short, so we have written this full and honest review to tell you everything you need to know about Lung Detox.

The eBook describes a method to quit smoking which also claims to detoxify the lungs.

This method contains 5 different methods, and the book recommends that you use all of the methods- or at least the first 3 methods.

One of the methods in the ebook is taking a special vitamin. What we didn’t like about this ebook, is that it recommends this vitamin but does not tell you much information about it.

Therefore we are going to tell you what this vitamin is, and some important things that you need to know before you consider taking it.

The vitamin that we are taking about is Niacin. Niacin is a fascinating vitamin and we could write a whole page about it, and probably will sometime soon! Some people think that Niacin can be taking to help pass drug tests (even if you have taken drugs).
Here’s a true story about Niacin- one young man took a massive dose of Niacin trying to pass a drug test, he overdosed on the vitamin and had to be rushed to hospital. Just so you know, he did recover and 3 days later was given the drug test and tested positive to drugs. We are mentioning this to warn you to be careful about taking vitamins in large doses without medical advise. And we also don’t want you to take Niacin thinking that it will help you pass drug tests- because it doesn’t work.

What you need to know about Niacin. Firstly, you should consult with a doctor first before taking the vitamin especially if you are taking birth control pills or any other medications or have any health condition. Niacin can be harsh on the liver, so don’t use it if you have any problems with the liver. It would be best not to drink alcohol at all while taking niacin.

If you are healthy and not on any medications, 100mgs per day is considered a safe dose by pharmacists that we spoke to. If you want to take more than 100mgs per day consult with your doctor first.

You should always take this vitamin with a meal and no hot liquids which will make the flushing sensation worse. The hot flushes may occur in different spots in your body such as your face, legs or even your bottom!

The hot flushing that this vitamin can cause can be scary, but it shouldn’t last more than 20 mins or so, and you can stop it happening by eating a decent sized meal, and you should be able to stop the flushing by taking only 50mg at one time.

Mild flushes are not bad, can even be funny, but a bad one can best be described as feeling like you are way too hot and you are going to get so hot that you die. Not fun, even if it doesn’t last long.

More fascinating facts about Niacin:
- Niacin helps to widen and open up blood vessels and is instrumental in removing lipids from the walls of the arteries. It has been used to lower cholesterol levels and reduce blood pressure.

-The Scientology detoxification program uses massive doses Niacin with exercises and sauna sessions to purify the body.

The ebook recommends taking Niacin in large doses, and there is not adequate information about who shouldn’t take niacin so this is our first concern about this ebook.

If you want to take Niacin for health reasons, consult with a medical professional first and do not exceed the maximum daily dosage recommended by your doctor.

Lung Detox is not just about taking a vitamin, there is number or different methods which apparently work together to open up the lungs and help them to clean themselves.

One of the other methods in the ebook involves using asmtha medication even if you don’t have asthma, we don’t recommend this at all, this medication is not natural, and not healthy for you, unless you do have asthma and really need it.

Does the Lung Detox method help to quit smoking and help to detox the lungs? Ok now we are forced to admit that one of our Friend-Health researchers was foolish enough to try this method- and NO it didtn’t work. They didn’t try for long, and they were foolish enough to start on it without medical advice. When they did seek medical advice, they were told that the two methods just mentioned could be dangerous, and discontinued the method.

There is no evidence, scientific trials or proof to back up the claims in this ebook that this method works or is even safe for most people.

The lesson here is to seek medical advice before trying anything that you read or buy on the internet! Particularly if it involves use of pharmaceutical drugs in a way not advised on the product label.

Having said that, some of the methods in this ebook are natural and harmless and determinately could help to quit smoking and get healthy.

But we would advice you to save your money, there are plenty of other products out there that will be a lot more helpful in helping you quit.

An important part of any quit smoking method is healthy diet and lifestyle choices that will make you feel better faster and when you are feeling great you are not likely to start smoking again.

The Long Detox ebook costs US $35 and is has a 60 day money back guarantee.

If you want to see for your click here Visit Lung Detox Website

But we are not recommending that you buy this ebook or try this method, and definately do not do so without medical advice first.

In our opinion do-it-at-home Battery Hair removal gadgets in general are NOT RECOMMENDED.

We mean any kind of hair removal gadget that is battery operated, the ones that you use yourself, they usually cost a lot, often over $100 bucks, and you think that it will be worth it because you will never have to pay for hair removal products again.

The only problem is that these products are all notorious for not working.

They are difficult to use and the treatment takes ages and then after all the trouble, the hair keeps growing back. We are not sure if they aren’t working because we aren’t doing it properly, or often enough, or if its just not working but they are all very time consuming and we sure do have better things to do.

Our advise is to leave hair removal to the professionals and have it lasered or zapped in the salon.

Or just wait, hair removal technology is getting better all the time, my beautician tells me there will be a better alternative for affordable, permanent hair removal coming out in the next year or so. So I am waiting… (but still shaving and waxing in the meantime don’t worry).

Of course we haven’t tried them all, there could be some home hair removal gadgets that actually work, if you have a lot of time and patience. In general we recommend that you stay away from these do-it-at-home gadgets, and leave permanent hair removal to professional beauticians with professional equipment and the knowledge to treat your type of skin in the proper way.

Lumineers and GlamSmile are two similiar procedures, both offered as an alternative to traditional veneers for a fraction of the price.

The main problem with these two procedures is that they can be performed by regular dentists unlike traditional veneers which are fitted by a cosmetic dentist who specializes in this area.

Lumineers and GlamSmile are both acceptable alternatives to traditional veneers IF they are fitter by a qualified and experienced cosmetic dentist and IF they are suitable for your individual requirements.

While there are plenty of positive reviews by people who have had lunimeers or glam smile fitted and are really happy with the results, there are also some horror stories when the treatment goes wrong, in most cases people who experienced problems had the work done by a dentist who was not experienced in cosmetic dentistry.

Warning about one person’s experience of LUMINEERs gone wrong

www.healthboards.com/boards/showthread.php?t=607607&highlight=LUMINEERs

Read a cosmetic dentist’s proffessional opinion of GlamSmile
www.mynewsmile.com/cosmetic/GlamSmile.htm

Dentist’s quote from this website:

“cosmetic dentistry is an art. Would you commission an artist for a painting and tell him or her what kind of brush and what brand of paint to use? No. You pick the artist and let them use the materials and techniques that work best in their hands. Pick a cosmetic dentist who has the proper training and artistic ability, one you can trust, and let them take it from there.”

We do NOT RECOMMEND having any cosmetic dentistry done by a regular dentist. Your teeth are too important!

If you want to have cosmetic dentistry work done, see the best cosmetic dentist you can find, always ask the dentist how many veneers he or she has fitted. If the dentist has not fitted veneers to more than 20 patients or is not under the guidance of a more experienced dentist, then you would be wise to seek another more experienced professional.

Beware of Dangerous Skin Lightening Creams with toxic ingredients.

Many skin lightening products have dangerous ingredients with serious side effects and are bad for your health and for the health of your skin.

Using these creams could leave you with permanent skin problems which are worse and harder to treat than the small spots you were trying to get rid of in the first place.

The main ones to avoid are any skin lightening creams containing Hydroquinone, mercury and steroids.

Hydroquinon was banned by the Food and Drug Administration in January 2001 for sale mainly in Europe, Japan, Australia and Asia because of its carcinogenic (cancer-causing) properties and for causing hyperpigmentation (the problem which is supposed to fix), and may be associated with abnormal function of the adrenal glands, and blood diseases.

In the US, it is still allowed to sell a concentration of 2% Hydroquinone in beauty products. Hydroquinone is presently found in over 200 skin lightening products in the US alone.

Mercury is a toxin which is easily absorbed through the skin. A large percentage of women with abnormally high levels of mercury have also been found to be been regular users of mercury-based “beauty creams”

Creams containing steroids may be associated with skin problems such as thinning of the skin, stretchmarks, cellulites, eczema, bacterial and fungal infections, pigmentation, and the list goes on.

Do not take risks with your skin! Do not use skin creams containing steroids, mercury or Hydroquinon.

There are safe and effective non hydroquinone, non-mercury and non-steroid solutions to freckles, melasma, age spots, uneven skin tone, dark underarms, acne scars, inner thighs, knees and elbows.

If you have any freckles or spots that you would like to lighten we strongly recommend buying the skin lightening report first.

The skin lightening report will show you how to lighten dark areas of skin safely and effectively, it will save you money by telling you which products really work and how to make your own treatments.

This product is NOT RECOMMENDED.

Extra Strength Emergency Contraceptive is an ebook which contains a recipe for a drink that women can use an alternative to the morning after pill.

Extra Strength Emergency Contraceptive claims to be an alternative to the morning after pill which is 100% effective, natual, has no side effects, and the ingredients are readliy available world wide and cost about $5 per drink as opposed to $30-40 for the morning after pill.

Now it may be a little confusing the first time that you reach this website, so to make it clear the website www.emergencycontraceptive.net is selling the ebook called Extra Stength Emergency Contraceptive which costs $29 and is available for immediate download. The ingredients for drink must be purchased separately and cost around $5 per drink.

This is our honest review of Extra Stength Emergency Contraceptive Ebook which is available from
http://www.emergencycontraceptive.net/

We have purchased this ebook and
WE DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS EBOOK, AND WE DO NOT RECOMMEND CONSUMING THIS DRINK.

Please consult with your doctor before deciding to try this drink. At the very least obtain advice from the poisons hotline or similar service before deciding to consume this drink. This drink may make your very ill. You may need to visit the hospital after drinking this drink.

We have bought the ebook, made the drink, and because we are dedicated to researching the products we review, we tried to drink it, BUT honestly could not drink it, it is not just the aweful taste, it is just impossible to drink, common sense stops you from swallowing it. Although we are dedicated to our research,we did not wish to make ourselves ill by drinking this mixture!

Yes the ingredient in this drink is natural, but all things can be toxic if taken in large doses.
We are not medical doctors, but in our opinion drinking this recipe as directed in the ebook would make you very sick indeed.

The http://www.emergencycontraceptive.net/ website makes the claim that this drink is 100% safe.

However, neither the website not the ebooks explains the following concerns:
How is this drink is safe considering the massive doses of the ingredients?
What are the side effects of drinking this drink?
Does it make you feel sick? (we are sure it will make you very sick)
Will it make you vomit and will it work if you vomit? ( we are sure you will vomit!)
Is this drink safe for people on medications or with certain medical conditions. (we do not think it is safe for anyone)

Unless you are able to answer these concerns, please do not take the risk of making yourself ill by trying this alternative to the morning after pill.
If you need the morning after pill, our advice is to go as soon as possible to your doctor or pharmacist. The morning after pill is a lot safer than this drink in our opinion.

If you are not sure if you need to take the morning after pill visit this website www.menstruation.com.au/periodpages/couldibepregnant.html

One more thing to keep in mind is that there a a few convincing testimonials on the Emergency Contraceptive Ebook Website. However, when we bought the ebook, we could see that they are offering $50 cash in return for a testimonial.

It is very unethical to offer money in return for a product testimonial. In fact is is probably not legal to do so without stating that you are doing so in an obvious place, which this website did not.

In conclusing, we do not recommend buying this ebook, or drinking this drink. Please leave your comments or thoughts below.
